Commercial Roofing Laborer / Apprentice - Waterproofing Department

Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience 

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for Laborers / Apprentices ready to learn the commercial waterproofing trade and grow into skilled Waterproofers, Foreman, and beyond.

What You Will Do

• Work alongside experience crew members on tear-off, repair, and installation work
• Learn commercial waterproofing systems and safe work practices from the ground up
• Show up on time, ready to work, with proper tools and PPE
• Follow all job-site safety requirements

What You Bring

• Willingness to learn and work hard as part of a crew
• Ability to work 8- to 12- hour shifts; Weekdays and weekends
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions 
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire

Nice to Have

• Prior commercial roofing or construction experience

• OSHA-10 hour certification

• Specialized training (crance, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, CERTA)

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Bilingual fluency
