This role requires a minimum of two years of nursing experience. The unit consists of 24 beds with a patient ratio of 5-6 patients per nurse. Staffing includes two Patient Care Technicians per shift and one Unit Secretary during the day shift. The unit is equipped with Meditech as the documentation system. Nurses are required to work four weekend days, specifically Saturday and Sunday nights. Floating may be required as needed. Key patient experience requirements include the use of whiteboards, bedside shift report, and hourly safety rounds. Advanced skills are not required for this position. No specific certifications are necessary. The required uniform is navy blue. Communication among staff, physicians, and patients is facilitated using mobile phones.
