Clinical Practice Liaison - Long Term Care

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a Clinical Practice Liaison to build scientific relationships with advanced practice providers and healthcare professionals across the Northeast, focusing on long-term care and community mental health settings. The role involves disease state education, clinical outreach, and alignment with medical affairs strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clinical relationships with advanced practice providers and key opinion leaders
- Deliver disease state, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment education aligned with medical affairs strategy
- Identify clinical knowledge gaps across community mental health centers, long-term care, and skilled nursing facilities
- Stay current with literature and research to facilitate meaningful scientific discussions with healthcare professionals
- Provide scientific resources and training to internal Neurocrine teams and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- PharmD degree with 2+ years of relevant clinical liaison or similar experience
- Master's degree (NP, CNS, PA) with 4+ years of similar experience
- Recent long-term care experience required
- Clinical expertise in psychiatry or neurology therapeutic areas
- Active professional license and state certifications as applicable
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Advanced practice provider collaboration experience
Compensation: $160,900–$220,000 base salary, 30% annual bonus target, equity long-term incentive program eligible
