Team Member Training & Onboarding Leader

Chick-fil-A Oregon (OH) seeks a Training Manager to design and maintain training systems that prepare Team Members and Shift Leaders. You will own onboarding, certification, and leadership development, ensuring standards are understood and applied across FOH and BOH. You will lead trainers, use performance data to tailor programs, and partner with a Talent Director to close skill gaps while delivering exceptional guest experiences and brand fidelity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
