Description:
The Loan Servicing Clerk performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to service all types of real estate loans. Applicant must pass a background check.
Job duties:
- Perform various mortgage servicing tasks, such as boarding mortgages onto the core and maintaining borrowers' information
- Scan and file mortgage-related documents
- Monitor escrow; process tax and insurance payments
- Prepare and review various documents and reports
- Familiarity with mortgage-related documents and escrow
- 1-2 years experience in a professional office setting
- Excellent time management, communication, and telephone skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highly organized and accurate
