Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $468,000 – $673,000 annually (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologist to deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric patients. This role involves managing patient care across all stages of procedures while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and patient safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care before, during, and after procedures
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment as needed
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Respond to emergency and critical care situations

Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
Completed Anesthesiology Residency
Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship (1 year)
Minimum 3 years of pediatric anesthesiology experience
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

Licenses & Certifications

Valid Medical License
DEA Controlled Substance Registration
Pharmacy License to prescribe medications
BLS, ACLS, and PALS (as required)

Skills

Strong clinical expertise in pediatric anesthesia
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety practices
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
