This role will be focused on providing advice and counsel to well-established private and public clients, while also giving the opportunity to build and/or growKey Responsibilities Include:Advising employer clients and HR professionals on workplace policies, compliance, and best practicesDrafting, updating, and revising employer policies and handbooksResponding to administrative charges and investigationsManaging case strategy with significant autonomy under partner supervisionCollaborating on business development and contributing to firm initiativesSalary and Benefits: The salary range for this position starts at $200,000 with path to partnership (lucrative bonus structure).
