RN SupervisorWe are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee all aspects of operating a unit within a health care facility, from supervising nursing staff to monitoring patient care. Extensive clinical experience a must, prior administrative experience and training in both nursing and administration. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience.Positions available:Days (7A-7P) Nights (7P-7A)Duties of RN Supervisor:Oversee unitAssist with treatment and medication administrationAssist with AdmissionsAttend and participate in weekly meetingsConduct daily audits of all new admission chartsServe as liaison between family, patient, doctor and other departmentsInvestigate all incident reports and follow-upParticipate in managing staff and assignments to ensure quality of careParticipate and report on patient conditions in weekly risk meetingsParticipate in annual evaluations of staffTake on-call hours on weekends and holidays as assignedIND789
