About the Opportunity:

• As a Specialist Systems ILS Engineer, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and sustainment activities across legacy and future systems, including technical refreshes and upgrades. You'll work alongside engineering teams, program managers, and customers to develop logistics strategies, assess supportability and lifecycle costs, and ensure systems are prepared for long-term sustainment.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and coordinate integrated logistics support activities, ensuring program logistics requirements are identified and addressed.
• Develop, review, and support logistics documentation, including ILSPs, LCSPs, LCCA, LORA, PPLs, MTA, maintenance plans, SERDs, and other logistics supportability analyses.
• Conduct supportability, repair, spare parts, DMSMS, lifecycle cost, and risk analyses to support program decisions.
• Collaborate with project engineers, design engineers, program managers, and customers to integrate logistics and sustainment requirements into system design.
• Track logistics data, system performance, and program activities using ILS tools and software while supporting multiple projects simultaneously

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 8+ years of integrated logistics support, sustainment, or logistics systems engineering experience

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree
• Systems engineering, logistics engineering, sustainment, or integrated logistics support experience
• 4+ years of experience in Logistics Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience with Product Support Analysis (PSA), LSA, GEIA-STD-0007 or its predecessor MIL-STD-1388-2B.
• Proficiency using LSA software applications, models, and databases (e.g., Slicwave, EAGLE, Powerlog).
• Experience using logistics and supportability analysis tools, including Compass (LORA), CASA (LCCA), and comparable applications.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools and techniques to enhance quality, improve decision-making, and increase efficiency across core job functions.
• Experience with cost account and project engineering management.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills along with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical information and make informed decisions.
• Experience Earned Value Management System techniques.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of time in support of off-site program meetings.
• Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
