Job Title: F&B Runner Department: Operations | Reports To: F&B Manager | FLSA Status: Non-Exempt | Salary: $25 an hour Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Food and Beverage Runner at Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center. This position requires union membership under the collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11. Responsibilities Deliver product to all concession stands in a timely manner. Accurately account for all warehouse transactions and assist with inventory location. Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions. Receive orders and store them in the proper area. Inform warehouse management of all equipment issues. Accurately complete paperwork for each delivery. Set up and break down portable food service equipment. Clean concession stands and warehouse areas. Interact with co‑workers in a diverse workforce. Follow ASM Global Food and Beverage rules, regulations, and reporting procedures for accidents and incidents. Remain flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Minimum age 18. High school diploma or GED. Current ServeSafe certification. Ability to take directions and perform the work effectively. Self‑starter, proactive problem solver, and team player. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Neat appearance and pride in every task performed. Leadership abilities (self‑leadership and basic supervisory skills). Physical Demands Move around the facility regularly. Stand for long hours during events. Talk and hear during service. Work inside or outside the building as needed. Exposed to loud sounds during some events. Stooping and lifting up to 25 lbs. to the waist. Other Requirements Condition of employment: Union membership with Unite Here Local 11.
