This position earns a competitive starting pay of $17.50 an hour. What You'll Do As a Relationship Specialist, you'll serve as a Universal Associate, supporting a variety of branch functions and helping members with their everyday banking needs. Processing teller transactions accurately and efficiently Opening and closing member accounts Completing account maintenance and servicing requests Assisting with debit card and account-related support Identifying member needs through meaningful conversations and recommending appropriate products and services Creating opportunities to deepen member relationships through exceptional service and financial solutions Directing branch traffic and ensuring a smooth member experience Supporting multiple branch locations as needed Achieving individual sales and service goals while maintaining a member-first focus Staying current on credit union policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements What We're Looking For A positive, professional, and member-focused attitude Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Confidence working independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Comfort learning and using technology and software applications Flexibility to work varying schedules, including Saturday rotations and occasional coverage at alternate branch locations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of customer service or member service experience preferred Previous banking, retail, cash handling, or financial services experience is a plus Why Join Dow Credit Union?
