Our team works together daily and values dependability and reliability. Our team completes their DOT Driver certification through the company upon hire./ph3What Youll Be Responsible For/h3ulliOversee Shipping and Receiving Clerks team/liliCoordinate inbound and outbound shipping and receiving of product/liliOversee inventory/organization within storage areas to ensure safety and accountability/liliEnsure proper and reliable communication with suppliers/liliOversee record keeping process for all goods shipped and received within the company/farms/liliSchedules and coordinates deliveries within appropriate receiving windows, works with Procurement and Logistics teams to optimize dock scheduling/liliEnsure that all product is properly received, inspected, and stored. As well as that all pertinent data regarding shipments is correctly entered into computerized system/liliPerform all shipping tasks required to create satisfied customers, internal and external/liliDetermine method of shipment, prepare bills, invoices, etc./liliMay operate machinery when loading, unloading, and transporting goods/liliUnload shipment as necessary and route goods to appropriate storage areas/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh3What You Bring/h3ulliExperience in leading and coaching small teams/liliPrior shipping and receiving experience preferred/liliExperience with box truck and forklift driving, preferred/liliAbility to operate machinery, use a ladder, lift 50 lbs./liliDrivers license, required/liliAt times, working independently/liliUtilizing computer skills/liliUtilizing written and verbal communication skills/liliAssisting with organization and urgency/li/ulpWorking at 80 Acres Farms/ppAt 80 Acres Farms, we believe taking care of our people is just as important as taking care of our plants.
