Coordinate daily activities with contractors and a broad range of stakeholders, including the AUS executive team, Airlines, Operations, and Environmental teams. Review and evaluate contractor schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential risks or delays. Support the change management process by assessing proposed changes and facilitating necessary approvals. Navigate and interpret design documents, technical specifications, and contract requirements with accuracy and confidence. Ensure construction activities meet minimum code requirements and quality standards. Communicate effectively across teams to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum. Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making and issue resolution. Provide field oversight and documentation, including daily inspection reports and tracking deficiencies. Collaborate with inspectors and project managers to verify installed quantities and support pay application reviews.
