You’ll love this if you…

∙ Have 5+ years in hospitality sales (Director level required)

∙ Know the upscale/boutique hotel market inside and out

∙ Have a passion for elevating others and a sharp eye for service excellence

∙ Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence — in writing and in person

Here’s what you’ll do:

Conduct secret shops at hotels, resorts, catering facilities, and event venues across North America.

Deliver graded reports and written 1:1 coaching that genuinely moves the needle for our clients.
