ED Patient Concierge & Information Specialist

Conway Regional Health System is seeking an Emergency Department Customer Service Representative to handle receptionist and information duties in a busy ED. You will direct patients to the triage nurse, greet visitors, and make rounds to ED patients, assisting with informational problems as needed.
