Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked. Requirements Minimum of (2) years as a Culinary Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role in a full‑service restaurant Successful candidates should be thoughtful leaders, confident decision‑makers, and quality‑focused. Able to effectively manage staff. A true passion for food and food preparation Ability to follow recipes and replicate food production procedures.
