Server Position at Beacon Hill at Eastgate
Beacon Hill at Eastgate is looking for talented and reliable servers to join our amazing team! We are a retirement community focused on the well-being and happiness of our residents. We also pride ourselves in being a non-profit organization and bringing a great work life balance to our employees. If you enjoy interacting with a diverse population and helping others, this may be a great opportunity for you!
Employees get to use our on-campus Fitness Center which includes a swimming pool, hot tub, and gym.
This position can be part time or full time.
Shift: Mornings and/or evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Serve meals to residents/guests
- Will prepare and serve coffee, tea, juice etc.
- Responsible for general dietary restrictions and communication to Culinary team (gluten free, dairy free, low sodium)
- Will independently stock, set-up, serve, and clean up dining rooms and server areas
- Follows safety procedures as stated in dietary service manual.
- Complies with schedule as established by Manager.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Friendly, upbeat attitude
- Team Player
- 1-2 years' experience working as a server
- Must be a good communicator
- Actively looks for ways to help people
