Job Type: Temporary Pay Range: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 5:00am – 5:00pm, 5:00pm – 5:00am Location: Fresno, CA Position Type: Temp‑to‑Hire Travel Requirements: None Work Environment: Production Environment Core Responsibilities Supports the mission, values, and vision of the company. Maintains the best interest of Lyons Magnus. Collaborates with employees of Lyons Magnus in a positive and constructive manner to maintain professional relationships, demonstrating courtesy, discretion, friendliness, and diplomacy. Works within a team environment to share information and help others as needed. Adheres to and completes instructions of formulas provided. Weighs ingredients to ensure accuracy of specifications. Ensures that formulas and ingredients are combined to meet product specifications. Provides testing of ingredients through the cooking process. Measures and weighs raw materials; identifies raw materials for formulations. Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Working knowledge and application of Food and Beverage Manufacturing processes. Familiarity with kettle mixers, pumps, heaters, and electrical panels. Working knowledge of liquid and powder measurements. Strong forklift and industrial equipment skills required. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment. Strong forklift or industrial equipment skills required. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
