Sr Warehouse Associate

Job Description Pay Rates: $21.95 - $36.20 per hour Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:30pm – 10:00pm Position Summary This position is responsible for verifying accurate recording of incoming and outgoing products, maintaining proper stock rotation as per standard operating procedure, completing inventory counts, ensuring constant quality and safety awareness, and organizing the warehouse and housekeeping. Requires collaboration, good organizational and communication skills, high learning capacity, integrity, influencing skills, continuous improvement focus, team orientation, respect, and coachability. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Load and unload freight Train warehouse personnel Assist in maintaining a safe and productive working environment Complete all essential functions of the warehouse position Communicate any deviation, problem or missing product when loading the trucks Hold keys and ensure the warehouse is locked nightly Provide customer service for all will‑call customers at the facility Efficiently multi‑task and maintain a positive attitude Ensure drivers are checked in upon return from their delivery route Operate warehouse equipment as necessary and lift up to 50 lbs Work in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines Perform other duties as required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, and 2–3 years of warehouse/inventory experience preferred Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities Proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Thorough knowledge of the warehousing industry and understanding of distribution, supply chain, and value‑add services Personable and able to interact with a wide variety of employees Additional Information Physical Demands Operate a sit‑down forklift and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Equal Employment Opportunity Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
