Service Coordinator

Administrative Answer, filter and prioritize phone calls and emails for the service department. Taking and delivering messages. Data entry into company's repair and parts system. Maintain service files. Service Department Input service work orders and close out completed works orders on a timely manner. Scheduling service calls and appointments between clients, retailers, builders, and service technicians. Qualifications Technology Savvy – PCs, smart phones, tablets, work-related applications, video conferencing and other remote work tools. Internet & MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Construction Experience is preferred. Able to multi-task and self-prioritize Reliable, dependable, flexible and punctual Must be able to act independently and use own judgment regarding how to handle incoming requests and information Process and relay confidential and critical information with discretion Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work with staff at all levels Good communication skills Positive attitude, self-starter, collaborative Highly effective in a team environment Creative problem-solver, detail-oriented Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced, dynamic environment Cavco has built a reputation for quality, value and service since its founding in 1965.
