SSTARis a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) which affords ouremployees eligibility to apply for one of our three Loan Repayment Programs. The Referral & Authorization Specialist willverify insurance and complete prior authorizations Liaison between Health Center and outside specialty offices. Answering phone calls in the Referral Department The Referral & Authorization Specialist willdocument all referral actions taken in the medical records Other duties as required. Hourly Pay Rate Range: $18-22/hour Experience and Skills: High school diploma required. Previous office experience required. Proficient with computer systems. Team Player, Respectful of others. Data Entry and strong organizational skills.
