Our flagship brands, LiftMaster and Chamberlain , are found in 51+ million homes, and 14 million+ people rely on the myQ app daily.Champion the voice of the customer throughout Chamberlain internal functionsEngage with key customers and partners to quantify the voice of the customer into metrics and actions for decision makingExecute and manage the customer feedback management process to ensure timely resolution of critical customer issuesWork cross-functionally to implement actionable improvements; focus on problem-solving customer issues and rapid corrective action implementationProvide analytics to shape initiatives and drive data-informed decisions to identify improvements to the customer experienceLead root cause analysis and 8D problem solving for critical customer escalationsSupport new product launches from a customer quality perspective; coordinate PPAP and customer approval activitiesParticipate in software process improvement and implementation efforts using structured methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile/SDLC, CI/CD, Jira/defect tracking, root cause analysis, and VOC/NPS insights) to drive customer quality improvements.Works closely with product specialists, development and test teams, and project managers to prioritize and implement changesComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in a quality role in manufacturing, customer support, software, or engineeringAbility to work in a matrix/cross-functional environmentStrong interpersonal and customer communication skillsExperience with products that have HW and SW componentsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills; 8D methodologyCustomer feedback management process ownershipCertification in quality engineering preferred (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt)Electromechanical and manufacturing operations experience; experience working with customer feedback collection tools and techniquesWorking Knowledge and Application of Lean Manufacturing, DFM, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Voice of the Customer, and Total Cost of OwnershipStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle, methodologies, and best practicesAbility to implement Statistical Process Control#LI-Hybrid#LI-JE1The pay range for this position is $76,600.00 - $123,775.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
