Job Requirements Analyze organic and inorganic compounds to determine chemical and physical properties, composition, structure, relationships and reactions in a laboratory setting. Interpret test data and confer with scientists and engineers to develop non-standard tests. Review and approve technical papers, reports, standards and specifications for processes, products or tests. Develop, improve and customize products and analytical methods. Coordinate and advise other personnel in test procedures for analyzing components and physical properties of materials. Requires a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field. Requires 3 years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis of materials in a laboratory setting including interpreting and documenting technical findings.
