Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical units with at least one year of experience. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care through medication administration, wound care, and monitoring patient vitals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer, record, and monitor prescribed medications according to healthcare protocols.
  
  
• 
  Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IV lines in accordance with patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Adjust specialized medical equipment and interpret measurement data to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patients' vital signs, report adverse reactions, and document observations accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Comply with state licensure, certification, and facility policies to maintain quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active Oklahoma State License or compact license as a Registered Nurse.
  
  
• 
  Possess BLS certification through AHA or NIH.
  
  
• 
  Have at least 1 year of recent medical-surgical experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in medication administration and patient care documentation.
  
  
• 
  Optionally, have recent traveler experience; local candidates considered at a reduced rate.
  
  
• 
  Meet all licensure and certification requirements specified by the facility.
