Clinical Physical Therapist - Personalized Rehab & Mobility

Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts Salary: $42-47/hourly Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their physical function and quality of life. Your main goal will be to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations - Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals - Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination - Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercises to help them prevent future injuries - Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients - Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure they understand their treatment plans and goals - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and research in the field of physical therapy - Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care and documentation Qualifications: - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care - Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties - Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records - Current CPR/BLS certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
