Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30); Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Description: 2 plus years of current LTACH experience required. MS/ TELE or ICU experience- 1:4 ratios; Meditech EMR, Req certs: AHA BLS & AHA ACLS, NIH, and KY or compact license. Every other weekend required. Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated. Orientation is bi-weekly. Resource must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered. Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hrs of accepting offer. Driver's license is required in all submission packets. DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATE TO MORE THAN ONE JOB AT A TIME.

Travel Compliance

• SSN DOB STRICT: Middle Name Required Need confirmation if there is not one.
• STRICT: Must attach a copy of Travelers unexpired DL. Address must match their permanent address.
• STRICT: License: Active Compact or State License in hand required at time of submission. No exceptions.
• STRICT: Schedule Requirement: Must be willing to accept an 84 hours per two weeks Scheduling (one-week 3x12, next week 4x12). Travelers who cannot accept this schedule will be cancelled.
• STRICT: Experience: 2 years of experience in Specialty required to submit for consideration.
• STRICT: RTO - ARH will consider up to 7 days of RTO. RTO must be presented up front, and no changes will be accepted. Must work either a major or minor of every holiday.
• STRICT: Travelers may only submit to ONE POSITION AT A TIME- Please pick your top choice.
• Travel Pairs: ARH accepts minimal traveler pairs. Pairs will not be on the same shift or unit.
• 2 references required; 1 Charge or Higher; 1 supervisor reference. Both must be completed within the last year.
• Copy of Certifications required to submit.
• Background Policy - We must submit any license hits or background check issues up front.
• Extensions: after working one year, travelers must take a minimum 6 month break from the system prior to being eligible to return.
