Litigation Paralegal The Registry, Inc. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a thriving, respected downtown law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters from case inception through trial, while collaborating closely with attorneys and clients in a fast‑paced legal environment. Candidates must have a minimum 5+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal , including trial preparation experience, and thrive in managing multiple deadlines and high priority matters with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of litigation and trial preparation Draft and prepare pleadings, briefs, appeals, affidavits, subpoenas, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and legal articles Manage discovery, including collection, review, summarization, and organization of electronic and paper files Maintain organized client and case files Coordinate court filings and document management Prepare trial binders and assist with case strategy and preparation Track billable time accurately and maintain detailed records Qualifications 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required Trial experience strongly preferred Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree plus Paralegal certificate preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Flexibility to work overtime as needed This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized litigation professional looking to join a collaborative and sophisticated litigation practice with meaningful client exposure and hands‑on case involvement.
