Associate/Referral Coordinator BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Associate/Referral Coordinator to join our Williston, VT Medicare certified Home Health Visits Office. Responsibilities Provide superior customer service and quality home care Focus on supporting the client services manager in coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team Support the team in effective fiscal management by monitoring metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected by reason, etc.) Partner with the team and Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees Qualifications Bachelor degree is preferred, Associates at minimum. Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare and OASIS is a plus. Prior medical office or home care experience preferred. Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement). Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position. Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits Competitive compensation package: Base Salary $45,000 - $52,000 per year, paid weekly. Mon-Fri work hours.
