Job Responsibilities Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement and modify treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction. Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients. Ensure the design of functional treatment programs allowing for an effective return to community activities. Serve as an educator of patients, families, students, co‑workers and self. Perform other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline‑specific therapy services and design of program delivery. Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services and available community resources. Minimum Qualifications Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required. Certified CLS or completion of state certification within first 90 days of employment required.
