Benefits: Performance Increases Paid time off Training & development Best Medical Center Locations: Hialeah & Miami, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full-Time) Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Position Summary Best Medical Center is seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Miami and Hialeah locations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, supporting staff development, improving patient satisfaction, and driving business growth while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational, financial, and people management skills who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of both Best Medical Center locations to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and office performance. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate office managers and administrative staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. Monitor daily schedules, staffing levels, patient flow, productivity, and operational performance. Manage operating expenses and work toward achieving monthly financial and operational goals. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all company policies and procedures. Collaborate with providers, billing, referrals, marketing, and other departments to improve patient growth and operational efficiency. Address and resolve operational challenges, patient concerns, and employee issues in a timely and professional manner. Prepare, analyze, and present weekly operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the CEO. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall profitability. Assist with implementing new policies, procedures, and operational initiatives to support continued growth. Perform additional leadership responsibilities as assigned by the CEO. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Experience managing multi-site operations is preferred. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA. Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Why Join Best Medical Center?
