About the Role

We are seeking experienced NICU Registered Nurses (Level III or higher) to join a high-acuity neonatal team in beautiful Grand Junction, CO. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor and interpret patient data and vital signs
• Administer therapies and treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate and support families
• Ensure accurate documentation per hospital standards
• Float or take on-call shifts as needed

✅ Required Qualifications

• Active RN License (Compact or Colorado)
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• NRP – Required
• ASN required (BSN preferred)
• Minimum Level III NICU experience

Must-Have Clinical Skills

Candidates should be proficient in:

• Bubble CPAP
• NIPPV
• Draeger ventilators
• HFOV (High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation)
• Nitric Oxide therapy

️ Schedule Details

• 36 hours/week
• 3x12-hour shifts
• Days or Nights available
• Weekend Requirement: 7 weekends in 8 weeks (Fri & Sat nights for night shift roles)
• On-Call: 2 shifts in 8 weeks
