AA Asphalting in Sumner, WA is hiring a Shop Foreman for a second shift (4:00pm–2:00am) to support our heavy equipment fleet across Puget Sound. The role combines supervision with hands-on repairs of trucks, pavers, backhoes and excavators, ensuring maintenance and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of diesel/ brake repair experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication.
