Senior Resource Management - $50K

This position manages and supports multiple Airborne SIGINT sensors and related Distributed Ground System (DGS) operations from a centralized site. Responsibilities include coordinating missions across multiple aircraft and sensor networks, performing system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintaining real-time communication with operations and maintenance teams. The role also involves updating and improving sensor resource management processes. Key Duties Manage multiple airborne SIGINT missions for core and DMS sites Interface with aircraft, sensors, networks, and O&M teams Conduct system analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation Provide ground support for SIGINT systems and networks Contribute to process improvement and resource management updates Qualifications Active TS/SCI Education: Associate’s degree in a technical field or 5+ years of DCGS experience Experience: 3+ years in Information System Security Management 2+ years in DCGS operations Certifications: DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II or IAM Level I DoD 8570.1 IASAE Level I Level: Journeyman (entry-level acceptable with required minimums) RCT Systems Offers Competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) Immediate 401k vesting Generous PTO and flexible schedules $500.00 annual technology allowance RCT Systems is committed and proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
