Responsibilities At Pizza Ranch, you will be part of the management team crucial to our success. As a General Manager, you will: Exceed guest expectations by delivering on Pizza Ranch Product and Service standards. Lead day‑to‑day operations and manage the guest experience through Qualtrics data and feedback. Drive store‑level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs. Provide genuine care for all staff and guests, creating legendary impact. Guest Satisfaction, Effective Business Management, Appropriate and Fair Business Practices, Training and Development. Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies Passion for leading and developing people. Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills. The ability to prioritize multiple situations. Effective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skills. Proficient in basic computer skills.
