Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 11:30am-8:00pm

Columbus, Ohio (Onsite)

Contract Through August

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling questions, comments, and complaints across phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions
• Listen to and fully understand resident concerns, then provide timely and effective resolutions – following up to confirm issues are fully resolved
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Foxen’s products and services to accurately and confidently inform residents
• Review and manage resident accounts, making updates as needed
• Retrieve and distribute incoming mail in a timely manner
• Contribute to operational efficiency by identifying and suggesting process improvements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can convey information clearly and professionally in any format
• Active listener who takes time to fully understand what a resident needs before jumping to a solution
• Empathetic and patient, especially with frustrated or difficult callers – you stay calm under pressure
• Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a proactive mindset when it comes to learning new systems and adapting to change
