We are also a publicly traded company on the NYSE with the ticker symbol KNF and part of the S&P MidCap 400 index.Minimum Requirements (minimum educational, experience, or other relevant job requirements)Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or related field required, or work experience.Ability to hold and maintain proper licensure and acceptable driving record.Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, possible nights and some Saturdays.Preferred Requirements (preferred requirements i.e. certifications, software use, etc.)5-year Project Management experience preferredPrior knowledge of cost control systems and experience in the use of computerized estimating, quantity takeoff and scheduling programsStrong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to read and thoroughly understand construction plans and specificationsExcellent communication skills – both written and verbalAbility to problem solve and communicate corrective actions quickly and effectivelyAbility to work flexible schedules as project management demands fluctuateDisplay a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customersDuties and/or Responsibilities (summary of components that make up the job)Review plans & proposal specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, prepare detailed cost estimates, review sub quotes & material prices, financial forecasting, and prepare written proposals for portfolio of projects.Visit project sites to determine scope of work.
