Patient Support Rep - Call Center/Mail Room

Randstad is currently seeking motivated and compassionate Patient Support Representatives for immediate, temporary openings with our partner, CareTria, in Louisville, KY! If you have great communication skills, a passion for helping others, and are looking to kickstart a rewarding role right away, we want to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the healthcare support industry with a steady, full-time schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. This project pays $17.00 / hour and is a temporary position running through January.

Responsibilities

Mailroom & Administrative Operations:

• Receive, sort, prep, and batch incoming medical mail, prescription documentation, and client correspondence.
• Package, label, and process outgoing pharmacy communications, mailings, and distribution materials.
• Transport mail batches between stations and maintain clean, organized workstations.

Patient Support & Customer Care:

• Handle inbound and outbound phone lines, answering inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, caregivers, and advocates in a prompt, professional manner.
• Provide tracking, availability, and shipping information for patient medications.
• Investigate order or shipping issues, aiming for first-call resolution or escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Accurately document all calls, patient notes, and system updates in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Report adverse events and product complaints following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
