Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients.  Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Senior DoD Healthcare Program Operations Coordinator / Team Lead . This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Lead administrative/program coordination support across the organization.
• Coordinate taskers, meetings, agendas, minutes, staffing packages, correspondence, and suspense tracking.
• Support personnel in-processing, organization charts, rosters, records, purchase requests, travel/visitor coordination, and office operations.
• Administer or support ETMS-2, LINCS, EDMS, SharePoint, OneNote, and related Government systems.
• Coordinate and standardize administrative processes across teams.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: 

• Senior-level executive/program coordination.
• DoD administrative processes and correspondence.
• Task/suspense management.
• Records/document management.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and senior stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
• Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage numerous simultaneous efforts and deadlines.
• Ability to handle CUI, proprietary, acquisition-sensitive, and other sensitive information.
• Travel: Up to 20%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current PAE MP/DHA incumbent Program Coordinator or Administrative Team Lead.
• ETMS-2, LINCS, EDMS, ATAAPS and SharePoint experience.
• Fort Detrick experience.
• DHA tasker/staff-action experience.
