Position Details:

• Serve a focused caseload of 9 students, allowing for personalized attention and intervention.
• Immediate start, with the assignment running through mid-December.
• Commitment of 5 hours per week, offering flexibility for professionals seeking a part-time schedule.
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective strategies and meet Individual Education Program (IEP) goals.

Your Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• Experience in a school setting or comparable pediatric environment strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and documentation, if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy and intervention plans tailored to each student.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies.
• Engage in collaboration and consultation with teaching staff and parents.
• Support the educational and social-emotional needs of students through effective, compassionate practice.
