Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Sign-On Bonus Available

Role Overview: This full-time clinical position involves managing a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via telehealth, and collaborating with in-person and virtual teams. The provider will utilize clinical training to perform procedures and participate in continuous learning through weekly rounds and other modalities. Flexibility to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care is expected.
