Customer Experience Lead - Front End & Training

The TJX Companies , Inc.

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a customer-focused leader to oversee front-of-store operations and drive outstanding service at TJ Maxx stores. You will model excellent customer care, supervise Associates, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards. You will train and mentor staff, coordinate POS coverage, and ensure compliance with policies and safety rules.
