Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker in a floater role where you'll be responsible for loading materials onto the line and stacking material as it comes off the line. This role involves performing visual quality inspections, cutting tiles to size, and stacking/palletizing finished tiles, which may weigh up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load materials onto the production line.
• Stack material as it comes off the production line.
• Perform visual quality inspections of products.
• Cut tiles to size and stack/palletize finished tiles.
• Lift up to 50 pounds independently; team lift required for heavier items.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of machine operation or production line experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with assembly, production, and machine operation.
• Proficiency with finishing, cutting, hand tools, and power tools.
• Material handling and forklift operation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Visual quality inspection skills.
• Packing and palletizing experience.

Work Environment

The work environment is very clean, though not climate-controlled, so it can be warm in the summer. You'll be working with fiberglass, which some individuals may be sensitive to. The role provides PPE to cover arms and neck to prevent fiberglass irritation, including gloves, earplugs, and safety glasses. Shifts are available as follows: 3rd Shift from 9 pm-7 am Monday to Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
