Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs. \n
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to case discussions and treatment planning, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care. \n
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. \n
- Implement and manage integrated care plans, connecting clients with necessary resources to support their ongoing treatment and recovery goals. \n
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and crisis interventions as required, ensuring comprehensive support for clients in distress. \n
- Carry a diverse caseload that may include individual, group, and family therapy, addressing an array of mental health issues and concerns. \n
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs. \n
- Engage with clients respectfully, recognizing and honoring their diverse backgrounds, and facilitating empowerment through informed choices about their care. \n
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. \n
- Be available for on-call duties during and after program hours as assigned. \n
You will work primarily with clients from underrepresented backgrounds who face significant barriers to accessing mental health care. This includes individuals experiencing severe mental illnesses, emotional disorders, and those requiring crisis intervention. You will foster trusting relationships with clients, emphasizing a supportive environment that encourages recovery and personal growth.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required. \n
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory. \n
- Extensive knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illnesses, including risk and crisis management. \n
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike. \n
- Demonstrated capacity for effective organizational and planning skills, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly. \n
- Competence in addressing age-related and developmental issues specific to the diverse populations served. \n

- At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with demonstrated success in delivering therapy and support. \n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
