We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our PM shift or Night Shift team at our family-owned Skilled Nursing Facility in Cumberland, WI. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to elderly patients in a rehab setting
- Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Support and educate patients and their families
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Valid RN license
- Experience in elderly care or rehab nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work PM or NOC shift
- Dependable and team-oriented attitude
