• Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls in a detail-oriented and organized manner.
• Experience supporting customers by phone with strong listening and communication skills.
• Familiarity with order entry or similar data processing responsibilities.
• Ability to conduct outbound follow-up calls as needed to complete service requests.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when documenting information and updating records.
