Job Description General Function

As a Sales Associate, your objective will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and brand loyalty.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Promote an excellent customer experience, including but are not limited to:

• Greeting and serving customers
• Informing merchandisers/managers on stocking needs
• Ensuring all visual standards set forth by management and the company are always maintained
• Problem-solving for any customer issues and looping in management for assistance
• Managing complex customer service situations by applying a high touch level of assistance to VIP clientele on a regular basis and in turn ensure VIP clientele retention
• Remaining up-to-date and educated on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand
• Actively listening and acting on any instructions given by management or superior as defined by management at any time
• Occasionally assisting with opening and closing duties as needed
• Complying with professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct set forth by the company and management
• Attending and participating in occasional work meetings
• Holding yourself accountable for shift punctuality and proactively communicating to manager if obstacles arise
• Serving as an ambassador to the brand by leveraging your innate sensibility, style, and pre-established connection to the local and broader communities where our brands' culture flourishes

Basic Qualifications

1 year of previous sales or customer service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience Self-motivated, team player Pay Range: - 24.03
