Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Health insurance Training & development Wellness resources Location: School-based and In-home/Community settings Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Starting Pay: $45/hour (negotiable based on experience) Position Overview The BCBA designs and oversees individualized ABA programs, conducts assessments, sets goals, trains and supervises staff, and collaborates with families to ensure services reflect GrayColors' commitment to individuality and neurodiversity.
