WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

- Full-service RV diagnostics and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural
- Work across a wide range of RV makes, models, and systems
- Collaborate with a skilled, communicative team
- Maintain high quality standards and accurate repair documentation every time

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of hands-on RV repair experience journeyman-level skill set required
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and systems diagnostics
- Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
- Self-directed you know how to manage your bay and your time
- A professional who takes pride in the work, not just the paycheck
