Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Job Description The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of residential apartment properties, focusing primarily on electrical systems, plumbing, and general building upkeep. This role ensures the efficient management of work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor relationships while maintaining safety compliance and excellent tenant communication. The supervisor will also manage inventory, deliver training, and respond to emergencies, with expectations for 24/7 on-call availability.
