Now Hiring: Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) Floater Home Care & Outpatient | $48-$52/Hour | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Floater to join our Continuum of Care (COC) team, providing home care and outpatient therapy services across Alden Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. Looking for a position that offers competitive pay, work-life balance, and variety in your day? This is an excellent opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while working across multiple care settings, with the support of a therapist-led organization. Why Join CPT? Competitive pay: $48-$52/hour Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week No weekends required Flexible scheduling: Work within the 7:00 AM-6:00 PM window Variety in your workday: Provide both home care and outpatient therapy Continuity of care: Follow patients from evaluation through discharge Paid travel time between visits Mileage reimbursement $200 monthly gas allowance Supportive, therapist-led leadership Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance and short-term disability 401(k) retirement program 15 PTO days per year and 6 paid holidays $200 toward CEUs or licensure every two years What You'll Do Provide physical therapy services across Alden Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. Deliver individualized, patient-centered care that helps patients achieve their goals. Build meaningful relationships with patients while supporting continuity of care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team to promote the best possible outcomes. What We're Looking For Current Illinois Physical Therapist license. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
